Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing at www.pibedebarrio.com. We have a fan guarantee for our customers, where we can offer a 24-hour cooling off period. Note this only applies for experiences bought more than 7 days in advance of the event. To cancel your ticket, please email pibe@pibedebarrio.com. 

For tickets bought within 7 days of the event, there is no refund option available. 

Please note: Before buying tickets it's really important to double check all the event details and make sure you're 100% happy before going ahead, take a look at our purchase policy for more information.
