Description
**PLEASE NOTE, THE FIXTURES FOR 2024 (EXACT TIMES AND DATES), ARE ONLY ANNOUNCED 1-3 WEEKS PRIOR**
The club that is known as the “6th Big Club” is worthy and proud, fond of memories of old glory and fans rooted to their beloved Parque Patricios neighbourhood. A stadium like no other in the world, combining glamourous art déco and concrete chairs with worn-off paint. A club filled with nostalgia and real passion.
Where we'll meet - Our group will meet in Palermo or in Recoleta neighbourhood. Your bilingual guides will explain the context of Argentine football, the day’s game and Huracán’s history. More importantly, they’ll let you know exactly what you need to do and be aware of to be one of the lucky few to gain entry into the Palacio Ducó.
The Build-Up - We’ll grab the metro and walk along the streets of Parque Patricios. Grab a choripán and a beer at the street or stop by at a rough and ready parrilla, mingling with Huracán fans and learning their traditions, especially how to do the correct wrist-flick for our agite. Your guide will accompany you in reduced groups (6-8 pax) to the correct entrance gate, through the squeeze of security controls and police checkpoints, and finally into the ground.
The match - Through the turnstiles and up the stairs - the Tomás Adolfo Ducó is known as the Palace for a reason. Nostalgic, beautiful, decadent, dreamy. You’ll sit in concrete chairs or stand in the terraces with the fans, singing the songs that your guide will teach you, together with Huracán’s rich history.
The Come-Down - The game is over but memories are forever. You’ll head back to a secure spot walking along the Parque Patricios streets. Your guide will assist in pointing you in the right direction to get back home safely or catch the metro together.
