Fixture Announcements

Match fixtures are typically announced 1–4 weeks before the actual match. If a booking is made for a specific day and the fixture is later scheduled on another date, we will notify guests promptly. If the guest is unable to attend the newly scheduled date, they will be entitled to a full refund as long as this is communicated at least 7 days prior to the scheduled match.

Guest Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled match are eligible for a refund. A small processing fee (~5%) may be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the scheduled match are not eligible for a refund.

Fan Guarantee – Cooling Off Period

For bookings made more than 7 days in advance of the event, we offer a 24-hour cooling off period during which guests may cancel and receive a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to bookings made within 7 days of the scheduled event.

Organizer Date Changes / Cancellations

In cases where the event organizer reschedules or cancels a game due to climate conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. If a guest is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we reserve the right to offer an alternative game, subject to availability. Refunds will not be issued for date changes or cancellations initiated by the organizer under these circumstances.

Exchange Policy

We can facilitate switching to different dates/experiences, please email contact@pibedebarrio.com to organise this. This should be done under the same terms and conditions of the cancellation policy, at least 7 days prior to the match. Any difference in price will apply.

Price Changes

The prices for our matchday experiences are based on current rates and availability at the time of booking. However, due to the dynamic nature of ticket sourcing and external provider costs in Argentina, on very rare occasions we reserve the right to adjust the final price after purchase. In the event of an increase in costs beyond our control, such as due to changes in ticket source pricing, or new local regulations, we will promptly notify you of any required price adjustment.

If this happens, you will always have the option to accept the new price or cancel your booking for a full refund. We are committed to transparency and will only implement price changes when absolutely necessary. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
