Should any changes occur, the Matchpack will still be valid for the new date and will include 2 matches played during the same Superclásico weekend. The 2 additional matches included in the matchpack will be chosen by Pibe de Barrio, and are not able to be swapped/changed.
Every experience includes a bilingual local guide, traditional pre-game with food and drinks, and guaranteed match tickets.
Meeting - We'll arrange the most convenient meeting point for each game to meet the guides and the rest of the group. Your bilingual guides will explain the context of Argentine football, the day’s game, and the club's history. More importantly, they’ll let you know exactly what you need to do and be aware of to enjoy the day as a local fan.
The Build-Up - From there, depending on the day, we’ll head to a local bar and mingle with the fans, continuing on through the pre-match party in the streets of La Boca, Liniers and Parque Patricios.
Every club has its own traditions, neighbourhood and matchday rituals. We'll share beers and choripán with local supporters, wander through the streets surrounding each stadium and experience the incredible anticipation that builds before kick-off.
And then comes the big one. The entire city revolves around the Superclásico. The songs, the colours, the flags, the endless debates over who will win… there's simply nothing else like it anywhere in the football world.
The Match - Boca Through the turnstiles and up the stairs, you’ll see firsthand the famous saying: "La Bombonera no tiembla, late" or “The Bombonera doesn’t shake, it beats 💓." Onto the terrace (Popular) behind the goals with the die-hard fans to witness the sea of blue and gold, the confetti and fireworks, and the trumpets and drums providing the soundtrack for match-day at this famous old ground.
Your guide will keep the group together and find a good spot among the fans, explaining the songs and describing the stadium’s intricacies.
The Match - Huracán We'll head to the beautiful Palacio Ducó, one of Argentina's most historic and architecturally stunning stadiums. Marvel at its famous art-deco design while experiencing one of Buenos Aires' most authentic football atmospheres alongside Huracán's passionate supporters.
The Match - Vélez Experience one of Argentina's more modern stadiums as Vélez host San Lorenzo in a classic Buenos Aires rivalry. Known for its excellent sightlines and passionate home support, the José Amalfitani provides the perfect setting to complete an unforgettable football weekend.
The Come-Down - What goes up must come down. The inevitable adrenaline crash after the ecstasy, streaming out of the exits and back to reality. Some chase the dragon in a local bar, some head to a steakhouse to savor the moment, others straight to bed to dream on…
You’ll head back to a secure spot, and your guide will assist in pointing you in the right direction to get back home safely. Other games we will return to a central location also.

The access to the stadium is filled with different controls and security checks in which police and fans get mixed up, sometimes creating tension. Our expert guides have navigated these sites dozens of times, know the ins and outs, and can anticipate and handle these situations so you don’t have to.
-
Many football fans in Argentina are not used to seeing tourists and barely speak English. In a way, this is what makes our experience truly authentic, and we will help with Spanish so no language barriers affect your match-day.
-

The chaos and unpredictability in Argentine football are what makes it uniquely beautiful, and uniquely frustrating. The League often decides fixtures at the last moment, and changes can happen late on also. If this is the case, we will let you know in advance for you to make a decision according to your availability.
