Boca Juniors is the club that forgoes introduction, presentation or explanation. As integral to Argentinian culture as tango or asado, Boca Juniors is a name omnipresent in world football, top of the bucket list for any football fan, and a pilgrimage to La Bombonera is a journey that many spend a lifetime planning.  See why Boca Juniors are one of the most famous names in world football in our Youtube video - Subscribe and Share!

Not everyone experiences La Bombonera the same way. This seated experience is for guests who want the electric atmosphere of Boca Juniors while enjoying the comfort of a reserved seat. You'll still be part of the complete Pibe de Barrio matchday—pre-game with local fans, food, drinks and a bilingual guide—before entering one of football's most iconic stadiums together.

Please note: whilst our seated tickets will be in the same section, it may not always be possible to guarantee adjacent seats for the entire group. Every seated ticket at La Bombonera officially belongs to an individual club member who will have decided not to attend on that specific date. This is what makes seated tickets extremely valuable and equally difficult to source.

Where we'll meet Our group will meet in La Boca or in San Telmo neighbourhood. Your bilingual guides will explain the context of Argentine football, the day’s game and Boca Juniors history. More importantly, they’ll let you know exactly what you need to do and be aware of to be one of the lucky few to gain entry into the Bombonera.

The Build-Up - Boca Junior's stadium is located in La Boca, close to San Telmo, a neighbourhood teeming with culture and traditionWe’ll grab a choripán and a beer at the street or stop by at a rough and ready parrilla, mingling with Boca fans and learning their traditions, especially how to do the correct wrist-flick for our agite. Your guide will accompany you in reduced groups (4-6 pax) to the correct entrance gate, through the squeeze of security controls and police checkpoints, and finally into the ground.

The match - Football heritage - The Estadio Alberto J. Armando (a.k.a. "La Bombonera"), arguably the world's most iconic sporting venue, has hosted Argentinian giants Boca Juniors for almost 90 years. Become part of its history as you pass through the turnstiles to La Bombonera's seated section. From here you'll enjoy one of the best panoramic views inside the stadium, allowing you to appreciate both the match itself and the spectacular choreography of Boca's supporters. The drums, chants and sea of blue and yellow surround you from every direction, creating an unforgettable football experience.

The Come-Down - The inevitable adrenaline crash after the ecstasy, streaming out of the exits and away from La Boca: You’ll head back to a secure spot and your guide will assist in pointing you in the right direction to get back home safely. Don’t be surprised if you walk home humming an earworm song.

Seated Ticket Information

  • Our tickets will be located in one of La Bombonera's 'longside' seated sections. Availability and exact location are subject to change for each game and may vary slightly from the location shown in photos on this product page.

  • Whilst our seated tickets will be in the same section, it may not always be possible to guarantee adjacent seats for the entire group. Every seated ticket at La Bombonera officially belongs to an individual club member who will have decided not to attend on that specific date. This is what makes seated tickets extremely valuable and equally difficult to source.

  • For the reason mentioned above, most tickets are physical and re-usable, meaning they will need to be returned to the guide before the end of the experience.

What you need

  • National Photo ID (not a copy/screenshot).
  • Very casual clothing and comfortable footwear for walking (dress-down!).
  • Coats/jackets for the cold/rain.
  • You can bring your phone to take pictures.
  • Leave your valuables at home and travel light - no handbags, make-up, power banks, water bottles, lighters, umbrellas… these will be confiscated.
  • Some cash if you want to buy something extra as credit cards are not often accepted.
  • Your psyched-up self, it will be intense!

Important to know

  • For some clubs, tickets are very hard to come by and are available exclusively to members, sponsors, or can only be found through various levels of re-sale. For others, tickets are available but can only be bought in-person, with local ID/bank cards, or through various other inventive ways of wasting your time. We will make sure to find tickets for you and guarantee their authenticity.

  • The access to the stadium is filled with different controls and security checks in which police and fans get mixed up, sometimes creating tension. Our expert guides have navigated these sites dozens of times, know the ins and outs, and can anticipate and handle these situations so you don’t have to.

  • Many football fans in Argentina are not used to seeing tourists and barely speak English. In a way, this is what makes our experience truly authentic, and we will help with Spanish so no language barriers affect your match-day.

  • Many supporters will appreciate it if you show your support through your clothing, by wearing the club's merchandise like a shirt, beanie, jacket, etc. Dressing with the club colours will be fine, but if you want a jersey make sure to take a look at our store. Away fans are not allowed in Argentina.

  • Football in Argentina is an amazing subculture. Our expert guide will let you know everything you need about the context of the game, the history of the clubs, the traditional pre-game rituals, the meaning of the songs you will hear, the significance of the flags and symbols, and more.

  • The chaos and unpredictability in Argentine football are what makes it uniquely beautiful, and uniquely frustrating. The League often decides fixtures at the last moment, and changes can happen late on also. If this is the case, we will let you know in advance for you to make a decision according to your availability.
