- Be present in the hotel when the group arrives and leaves
- Help the group with changing Euros/Pounds to Pesos for an attractive rate, help with local simcard installation etc.
- Do a kick-off with the group about Buenos Aires, the football culture and the things to keep in mind during the trip
- Make sure the group is at the right location at the right time for each match day experience
- Do a bit of non-football activity with the group like a bike tour, group lunch etc. to improve group atmosphere
- General availability on Whatsapp group to answer queries and questions.
