Itinerary/Agenda:
Estadio Monumental (3½ hours total)
13:00h Museo River & Stadium Tour
We begin at the Museo River, founded in 2009 and located in the heart of the Estadio Monumental. The museum spans over 3,500 square metres and houses the most precious treasures in River Plate's 120+ year history.
Through the 'Túnel del Tiempo', you'll walk chronologically through the club's greatest moments: legendary players, championship teams, historic goals, and the most valuable trophies - all connected to River's national and international glory. The museum features unprecedented technology for Argentina, including a 360° cinema that projects a film capturing the emotion and feeling of being a River Plate fan.
As part of the stadium tour, you'll enjoy pitchside views of South America’s largest stadium, alongside expert insight into its rich history and the transformations it has undergone in recent years.
14:30h Banda Restaurant - Lunch at the Stadium
After the museum and stadium tour, we head to Banda, River Plate's restaurant located in the Centenario Media sector of the stadium. The restaurant officially opened in September 2025 and offers spectacular views of the pitch and surrounding facilities.
You’ll enjoy a proper sit-down meal in a unique football setting, with views of the stadium and a menu that can include typical Argentine dishes such as empanadas and steaks, as well as desserts like flan and, of course drinks.
This is the chance to eat inside the temple of River Plate, combining football culture for a truly unique Argentine dining experience.
15:30h Neighborhood Murals & Walking Tour
After lunch, we'll leave the stadium and conclude by taking a stroll around the surrounding Núñez neighbourhood to admire murals and street art dedicated to River Plate and its idols. You'll get photos and appreciate the best pieces that celebrate the club's identity in the local community.
Will I be safe? - As always in a large city with great social inequality, it's important to have your wits about you and take the necessary precautions. Our experienced guides will ensure your safety and look after you. Wear casual clothing, we'll be going off the beaten track!
